All current members of Carina Redsox, Hendra All Stars, Pine Hills Lightning and Windsor Royals are invited to attend the AGM of the Brisbane Metropolitan Region Baseball Incorporated operating as Brisbane Metro Baseball (BMB). The purpose of the AGM is to present the financial records for the past year and to elect the members of the management committee for the 2019/2020 season. All positions on the management committee will be declared vacant in accordance with the constitution of Brisbane Metro Baseball. The positions vacant are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registration and General Committee.
The strength of Brisbane Metro Region is in the members of the associated clubs who provide ongoing support and commitment in various roles throughout the region. Without the time given by volunteers, the region would struggle to succeed. If you would like to be considered for a position on the committee, please provide the nomination details requested below and return them to the Secretary brisbanemetrobaseball@gmail.com no later than Tuesday, 11th June 2019. If you are unable to attend the AGM please make this clear when returning the nomination form and we will contact you.
